PACE Services

Indiana’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) delivers a comprehensive, coordinated continuum of medical and support services.

Designed to help seniors remain independent at home rather than moving to a nursing facility, the program centers around an interdisciplinary team that manages all necessary care.
